java.lang.NullPointerException when opening Notifications for Contracts (Doc ID 2794233.1)

Symptoms

Issue with the deliverable and expiry notifications.

When opening Notification from "Deliverable FYI Notifications" page, the following error occurs.

You have encountered an error. Please contact your system administrator.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select line in the 'Select workflow and view"
2. Click on Activity History Button
3. Notification screen displays Notification workflow Type
4. Select the appropriate line > Click Activity History button
5. History Details open
6. Select Deliverable FYI Notifications > Click Open in Notification column
