Problem statement
----------------------
Error observed while changing tax conversion type.

Error message
-------------
FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see changes.

Steps to replicate
------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) to Order management responsibility.
2. Go to Orders > sales Orders
3. Enter a new sales order with header and line details.
4. Go to Tools > india tax details form.
4. Try to change the tax conversion type value and notice the error message.

Expected Behavior
-----------------
Expectation is such that there should not be any error when trying to change the conversion type.
