Home Page Mode Shown as "Framework Only" instead of "Framework Simplified" (Doc ID 2794379.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Default Home Page Style is defined as "Framework Simplified" at Site level, but it is displayed as "Framework Only" once access any favorite function from Home Page.

When check the Home Page Style in Preferences, it is selected as "Framework Simplified" only. When re-login, it is working fine with "Framework Simplified".

**Default Home Page Style should be defined and shown as what is listed in the profile option: Self Service Personal Home Page mode/APPLICATIONS_HOME_PAGE.**

Changes

 Profile option Self Service Personal Home Page mode was set to "Framework only" at User level.
