On : Oracle BI Publisher 12.2.1.3.0 version.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

BI Publisher report invoked from custom application returns blank output intermittently.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------------
It is expected that BI Publisher generate report output with complete data.
STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create data model with HTTP (XML Feed) data source.
2. Create report based on the data model.
3. Invoke the report using custom application.
4. When a single report is generated at a time, it shows complete data.
5. When two reports are generated simultaneously, one output shows data while the second one shows blank output.
