Relevant Lots Not Found In List Of Values (LOV) While Receiving RMA Order In MSCA (Doc ID 2794471.1)

Last updated on MARCH 28, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Inventory Management - Version 12.2.6 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Lot referenced on Return Material Authorization (RMA) order not coming up in the List Of Values (LOV) while receiving in Mobile Supply Chain Application (MSCA), but works fine in Forms

Expected Behavior

Expect the Forms and MSCA behavior to be consistent - in showing the Lot  numbers in the LOV.

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a sales order for a lot controlled item  - pick and ship confirm the SO (ship from org M1)
2. Create an RMA order referencing the SO - to be received into org M2. Item is lot controlled even in M2.
3. Try to receive the RMA from Forms and MSCA - Receiving forms (org M2) show Lot shipped from M1 org - but MSCA is unable to list the relevant lot shipped from M1.
