Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Approval List and Workflow

When responding to a an approval email notification the following message is encountered in the mail client
 
ERROR
-----------------------
  Mail Delivery Subsystem <mailer-daemon@######.c##>
  Recipient inbox full

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iProcurement > Home > Shop > Create Purchasing Requisition and submit for approval
2. Approver gets the email notification and clicks Approval.
3. Then the warning message appears in email client software inbox
