Symptoms
In Oracle Internet Expenses unable to search on Project and Task
OIE- 'Project and Task' search is resulting in error
ERROR

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.PersistenceException: JBO-26002: Error Parsing the XML file "/oracle/apps/ap/oie/server/ProjectAndTasksVO.xml".

oracle.xml.parser.v2.XMLParseException; lineNumber: 6; columnNumber: 6; PI with the name 'xml' can occur only in the beginning of the document.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Internet Expense
2. Proceed to Create an Internet Expense
3. Click on the tab: 'Projects and Tasks'. The page goes in error.
