Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When running txkOnPremPrePDBCreationTasks.pl script during Oracle Database 19c upgrade, below error occurs.

Error
DB Hostname : <hostname>
DB Domain :
*******FATAL ERROR*******
PROGRAM : (txkOnPremPrePDBCreationTasks.pl)
TIME : <sysdate>
FUNCTION: main::getDBHostDetails [ Level 1 ]
ERRORMSG: Unable to evaluate DB host and domain.

Fact
1. <Patch:30601878> TCH19C :: MERGE OF RECENT TXK FIXES REQUIRED FOR 19C is applied
2. Issue occurring machine is running on AIX
3. DNS is not setup on issue occurring environment

Steps
1. Run below command on DB tier host machine.
