Tax Category and tax lines are deleted from completed Manual AR transaction

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Tax category and tax lines should exists if the tax is applied on the transaction prior to completion of AR transaction

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Manual AR invoice
(N):- India Local receivables -> Transactions -> Transaction
2. Apply taxes by clicking on India tax details form on AR transaction created.
3. Check that the distributions are generated as per the tax
