Goal

Qn1:On : 12.2.7 version, Customer Service

Unscheduled Paydown Request is not working as expected
1. For Loan contract when Interest Calculation Basis is FIXED and Revenue Recognition Method is STREAMS , the Payment Type radio button is defaulted to Principal Only and it's not editable.
2. For the revise term option , the stream dates were revised, but the contract term remained the same. Business was expecting that also the contract term will be reduced
