Symptoms
GMSTAR: GMS: Interface Invoices to Receivables gives the following exception after upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10:
"Invoice type not found for invoice organization"
When the IMP: Create Invoice Organization Transaction Types is run, duplicate translation types are created.
There were no setup changes between 12.1 and 12.2.
