Getting Invalid Framework URL In Notification When Assign A Requisition To Buyer Through Manage Buyer Workload (Doc ID 2795294.1)

Symptoms

After assigning a requisition to a buyer, the buyer receives error in notification
Attribute NOTIFICATION_REGION with value JSP:/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=REQ_REASSIGN_NOTIF&reqLineIDs=XXXXXX&funcCurr=USD refers invalid framework URL.


STEPS
-------------------

  1. Purchasing Responsibility
  2. Management / Manager Buyer Workload
  3. Assign a requisition to one buyer
  4. Buyer logs on application. Open Notification "Purchase Requisition(s) has been assigned to you"
  5. Receive Error: Attribute NOTIFICATION_REGION with value JSP:/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=REQ_REASSIGN_NOTIF&reqLineIDs=XXXXXX&funcCurr=USD refers invalid framework URL.
