Last updated on AUGUST 08, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Warehouse Management - Version 12.2.8 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Customer upgraded from R12.1.3 to R12.2.8.
In R12.2.8, for Cycle count task type, it is observed that the list of Objects available in the WMS Rules screen > Restrictions section has reduced both for the left side and right side of '=' operand.
Is there a way to restore them?

Steps to verify

In R12.2.8
1. (N) WMS responsibility > Setup > Warehouse Configuration > Rules > Warehouse Execution > Rules
2. Type = Task Type Assignment
3. Enter some name and description
4. Choose any return value of Task type = Cycle Count
5. Enter Weight and Seq number.
6. Click Object LOV, we see less number of entries in the LOV than in R12.1.3.
7. Similarly on the right side of "=" operator, the next Object LOV shows less number of entries than in R12.1.3.

In R12.1.3
In steps 7 and 8, the Object LOVs shows many more values than seen in R12.2.8.
