ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Tax amount at incorrect at receive event of receipt is showing higher than the tax amount at deliver event of receipt, even though line amount is same.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Tax amount at both receive and deliver should be consistent and same as line amount is same at both events.

STEPS TO IDENTIFY THE ISSUE
----------------------
1. Navigate to Receiving Transactions Summary form and query receipt.
(N): India Local Purchasing/India Local Inventory -> Receipts -> Receiving Transaction Summary
2. Click on India Tax details for Receive event.
3. Click on India tax details for Deliver event.
