Quoting Models Are Failing To Import (Doc ID 2795832.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Transaction Entry

When attempting to run custom import program which converts the iStore Cart to an Order in OM calling Seeded Process Order API ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Error Message : Item is selected more than once in this Configuration"


The issue is only occurring post-R12.2.9 upgrade.
The problem only happens with a model. Further, it only occurs when there is more than a
single bundle configured in the product. Most Entry Door configurations will configure multiple
instances of model - BDL_ENTRY. Those configurations that configure a single BDL_ENTRY
will convert from iStore without error. But when multiple instances are configured, we get the
error during the import.

STEPS

Responsibility: Order Management Super User
To reproduce, take an iStore order in R12.2.9 for a model, Configure it, import to OM


Also – the exact same configuration will work fine if you enter directly on an OM sales order.
This is only an issue when converting istore cart to OM order.
