B.32497843: Released Amount Is Not Updating Correctly In BSA (Doc ID 2795987.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Released amount in BSA is not updating correctly after the order lines are deleted from the Sales Order.

Applied Patch Patch 14276608:R12.ONT.B and expected this issue would decrease the "Release Amount" after the sales order deleted the lines form the Sales Order.

1. Responsibility: Order Management User User
2. Open Sales Agreement Number 22222222 (Customer No. nnn1)   Min/max : R12,000.00
3. Observe Release amount > 258,883.00 BEFORE NEW ORDER CREATED
4. Create New Order 33333   BSA 22222222 is associated with the new order header
5. Enter Model ABC -   BSA 22222222 is associated with the new order line .   Entered Status > SAVE
6. Click Configurator > Processing
  Model Configured
  1.1 Mode
  1.1.1 thru 1.1.5
  Total : 3,100.00
7. Go back and requery agreement 22222222 >  Release amount 271,983.00
8. Customer goes back to Order 33333
9. Decides to delete the Model and configurated lines > SAVE>   Requery Sales order 33333again >  Confirmed $0.00
10.Go back to BSA 33333
11.Observe: BSA still shows $ 271,983.00 > Expectation should be $ 258,883.00
