Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When loading menu entries during the patching, the following error occurs.

Sample error message:

Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/xxx/EBSapps/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/afsload.lct(120.5.12020000.4), /xxx2/EBSapps/appl/per/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/perzzmenuxx02476.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /xxx/EBSapps/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/afsload.lct(120.5.12020000.4) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
Dumping LDT file /xxx/EBSapps/appl/per/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/perzzmenuxx02476.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (MENU *NULL* , MENU US_OAB_HRMS_ACA ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Uploading from staging tables
Error during uploading. ORA-06550: line 602, column 25:
PLS-00302: component 'DISABLE_TRIGGERS' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 602, column 11:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
ORA-06550: line 647, column 20:
PLS-00302: component 'SUBMIT_COMPILE' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 647, column 6:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Apply patch:32575269(2020 ACA PHASE III PATCH).
     * Error can occur on any patch that contain menu entries ldt files.
  2.  Worker job fails loading perzzmenuxx02476.ldt
