Symptoms

 When trying to create change request through change management from Contract Organizer form , showing the below error from Contract Organizer form

Error:

FRM-40735: On insert trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-20002

Steps:

1. Go into the responsibility: Project Contract

2. Navigate to Contract Organizer -> Open the Contract -> Administration Tab

3. Select Change Management

4. Click on New
