On : 12.2.4 version, Billing Modules
Customer Merge program log shows error

OKL_PARTY_MERGE_PUB.LOP_ACCOUNT_MERGE: ORA-22160: element at index[1] does not exist.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Receivables Super User Responsibility > Requests> Run : Customer merge program
2. Customer Merge program is erroring out
