ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find that on some partial terminations, the quote acceptance workflow gets stuck with SQL - OKL_AM_QUOTES_WF.pre_proceeds_trmnt_contract API.
When the quote is accepted, the events are going to WF deferred queue. When these events are starting to process, they are getting stuck with below SQL
begin OKL_AM_QUOTES_WF.pre_proceeds_trmnt_contract (:v1, :v2, :v3, :v4, :v5); end;
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to successfully accept and complete the quote.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Lease super user responsibility, create a contract with multiple assets.
2. Book and bill the contract.
3. Create a partial termination quote and approve and accept. Quote does not complete.
