Receive an incorrect error on Mobile supply chain (MSCA) that "Quantity to be transacted exceeds available to transact..." even if on-hand quantity for the Item is greater than requested quantity of the move order.

STEPS
1. Navigate to Mobile Pick Confirm: Pick/Ship > Pick Confirm
2. Query the Sales Order
3. See the Required Quantity
3. Enter following field values
From Sub: I001
To Sub: I009
UOM: NR
Available quantity: 151
Required quantity: 148

Only one lot is available (19230)
Go to LOT Field and select this LOT 19230

When user confirms the LOT, we get this error
Quantity to transacted exceeds available to transact...
