ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Performance issue while executing transactions with GST taxes after upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9
In every transaction and create accounting, system is taking more time, nearby 20 to 30 minutes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The system should be fast

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to any India Localization responsibility and perform a transaction with GST taxes.
2. Observe that the transaction event (like Invoice Validation, Transaction Complete, Create Accounting ) is slow.
