While trying to select the Tax Authority Site LOV(List of Values) in first party registration,the same is not fetching any details and resulting in below error

FRM - 41830 : List of Values contains no entries

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) > Oracle Financials for India > Party Registrations > First Party Registration
2. Pick the Regime,Organization Type and Organization Name
3. Click on New
4. Save the Header Details
5. In Lines while trying to pick the value for Tax Authority Site,the following error occurs.
