Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For a purchase order receipt with routing as standard, the receipt label is not printing deliver_to_loc value in the xml.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For a purchase order receipt with routing as standard, the receipt label should print the deliver_to_loc value in the xml.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Switch to Purchasing Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Purchase Orders-> Purchase Orders
3. Create Purchase order by specifying deliver to location in distributions with routing as Standard Receipt and approve
4. Login to MSCA and switch to Warehouse Management responsibility
5. Navigate to Inbound > Receive > Purchase Order
6. Receive the purchase order through mobile (only receive)
7. Navigate to Inquiry -> View Label Requests and verify the receipt label xml
8. The receipt label xml shows no value in the "Deliver to Loc" xml tag.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot print all the values defined in the receipt label.
