Disable Spot Buy Verbiage In Requisition Approval Notifications (Doc ID 2797303.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Catalog Shopping

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Requisition approval notification shows message: The user is allowed to submit Spot Buy requests for this category. If the requested item(s) or service(s) is within their spending limit, a PO will be generated automatically after the requisition is approved, even if spot buy functionality is not enabled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expected, requisition approval notification should not show message if spot buy functionality is not enabled.

STEPS
1. Navigate to iProcurement Responsibility -> iProcurement Home page -> Shop
2. Create requisition and submit for approval
3. Login to application as approver and open requisition approval notification
4. Notification Details page shows the following message under Requisition Lines region:
The user is allowed to submit Spot Buy requests for this category. If the requested item(s) or service(s) is within their spending limit, a PO will be generated automatically after the requisition is approved.
