Symptoms

When attempting to open submenus from Project Procurement (Buyer) responsibility, after Project Command Center was implemented,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

You are not authorized to access the function PO_PSC_ENDECA_PROC_PLAN_FN. Please contact your System Administrator.

Debug log shows errors:

fnd.common.Message.auto_log 5 FND FND_FUNC_NOT_AUTHNFUNCNAMEPA_ENDECA_PMC
fnd.framework.OAException 5 You are not authorized to access the function PA_ENDECA_PMC.  Please contact your System Administrator.

             Item Analysis
             Supplier Analysis
