How to Show The User Who Has Locked In The Error "Record Locked By Another User " (Doc ID 2797675.1)

Need to show username of the user who has locked a record in the Service Request / Task form.when the following error is thrown
FRM-40654: Record has been updated by another user which usually occurs when another user is accessing the same record.
