PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs is rejecting cost distributions with the reason code KEY_FLEX_FAIL.
The program log file contains the following error messages:

ERRORS:
Invalid fund and account combination
paacaf-E: Failed to validate flexfield
Warning in Flex Validation for line '2060242:ALL:Y:1798702.79'
paafui-E: Error calling paacaf

-(AA FAILED) Updating expenditure items:
...updating dist rejection code in expenditure items to 'N'

A valid code combination need to be setup in GL

1. Projets responsibility > Submit PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs through the concurrent manager

2. Review the logfile once completed

 A new cross-validation rule was added in General Ledger (GL).
