Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Financial Statement Generator
User had applied Ad-txk 12 patches , Jan 2021 CPU patches and also upgraded to 19C.
After patching and upgrade , FSG reports not generating the output even if there is valid data
and giving the below message. FSG provides output when the request is extracted from unix
Issue is specific to FSG reports.

or
The concurrent request XXXXX did not create an output file
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into general ledger
2. Navigate to Report-Request-Financial
3. Submit the FSG report to review the financial data

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot review the financial statements
