Internal Sales Orders Allow Change Of Item Name To Any Random Value (Doc ID 2798087.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User is allowed to change the item name (Ordered item) when line status is in Awaiting shipping .
Once, the item name has been changed the oe_order_lines_all will show the updated item name. 
This problem is observed with Internal Sales Orders alone
 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query the internal sales order in OM
2. Go to lines tab, check the line number
3. Query the header id in oe_order_lines_all and check the item in line
4. Go to lines tab and try to change the item name as XX for a line which is in Awaiting shipping status.
5. Re-Query the header id in oe_order_lines_all and check the item in line that line is changed to XX

BUSINESS IMPACT

This causes mismatch in inventory item id and ordered name.
Multiple Reports are impacted.
