Worklist Notification Action History is not showing the Comments entered via Update Action link (Doc ID 2798113.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Observed that in the worklist notification page when previous approver give the comment using the Update Action link then the next approver is not able to see the comments in the action history section


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected that in the worklist notification page when previous approver give the comment using the Update Action link then the next approver should able to see the comments in the action history section


Steps to Reproduce:
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login as Employee self service responsibility

2. Navigate to any function where approval process is involved.

3. Enter the necessary detail and click on Submit

4. Login as Approver and click on the Worklist notification received for Approval 

5. In the launched notification page click on 'Update Action' link and Approve the request with comments to next approver

6. Now login as Next approver and click on the worklist notification received

7. In the launched notification page comments given by the previous approver is not shown in the Action History section
