Symptoms
On : 12.2 version, US Payroll - General
When attempting to submit the payroll archive from the quick pay form or Single Request the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgraded from Oracle EBS Payroll application 12.1 to 12.2
2. Installed quantum, quick pay originally failed
3. Quantum successfully installed
4. Submit the quick pay archive from quick pay form
5. Submit the Concurrent Program > Single Request > Payroll Archive
6. Both QuickPay Archive on the Quick Pay Form and the Concurrent Program the same error occurs
