ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

TCS tax line is not created in India Tax Details Form where the distributions are created.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Tax Lines should be created for TCS tax applied on the transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a transaction and apply GST and TCS tax
2. Observe that for TCS tax there is not data at JAI_TAX_LINES level.
3. Observe that Tax distributions are created.
