The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

per forms/US HRWSPSF.fmx
per forms/US PERWSDOR.fmx


An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms files.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Utilize ADOP to apply patch 28862999 - R12.HR_PF.C.delta.13
2. Monitor progress and see above error section, resulting in failure to complete patch application.
