SSHR ORA-20002: 3133 When Using IE Back Button on Current/Completed Training Screen (Doc ID 279849.1)

Symptoms

When going into Employee Self service (1)>Training>Current & Completed Training
Screen and picking the IE Back button the following error occurs

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20002: 3133:
Activity instance 'OTA_ADVANCED_SEARCH_JSP_FCT' is not a notified activity for
item 'HRSSA/357'.

This happen when the IE back button is clicked vs the one in the application
