Symptoms

When attempting to accessing the Orders / Metrics page, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error: Not enough memory resources are available to complete this operation.

STEPS
-------------------
1. Login to the E-Business Suite
2. Choose the Purchasing Module.
3. Navigate to Command Center -> Procurement Operations -> Orders
4. The error appears
