Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SO Line Item Identify Type Default Rule did NOT Work

We defined the Sales Order line item identify type is "Internal Item Type" when SO line demand class is "INTER-CO". But we found this function isn't working now.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Internal Item Type to default from Demand Class when set to INTER-CO

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility > Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: Setup Rules > Defaulting > setup line level defaulting
3. Enter Sales Order with parameters to cause defaulting rule > find "Internal Item Type" isn't defaulting at line level when Demand Class is "INTER-CO"
