One Batch Transaction is Shown on Material Transactions Screen in Inventory and In Lot Genealogy but is Not Shown on Batch View Material Transactions

On : 12.2.9 version, Batches
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is a batch that shows 8 transactions for an ingredient on the Inventory Transactions screen, but one of those transactions, a WIP Return, does not show on the batch View Material Transactions, and is not included in the actual quantity.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect all the transactions to display on the batch, and the batch actual qty to be the sum of all of the transactions.
