Reschedule Requisition Program Is Not Updating The Schedule Ship Date As Expected After Requisition Line Quantity And Scheduled Ship Date is Updated. (Doc ID 2799435.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Reschedule Requisitions" program Does Not Change Schedule_Ship_Date On
OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL table

OBSERVATION
---------------
User updates requisition line qty and scheduled ship date via the supply and
demand form. After the Reschedule Requisition Program is ran, Re-query
Sales Order again Observe: The Order Line qty is updated the Request Date
is updated but the SCHEDULE_SHIP_DATE remains as it was previously.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

SCHEDULE_SHIP_DATE should be updated to match with Request Date

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Responsibility: Purchasing
2. PO Requisition: nnn11
  Supply / Demand shows Line 6 > Qty 13 > Request Date = 24-Jun-2021 > SSD = 24-Jun-2021
3. Responsibility: Order Management
4. Order Organizer > Query Sales Order : nn69
  Header Booked
  Line 6.1 > Qty 13 > Request Date = 24-Jun-2021 > SSD 24-Jun-2021 > Awaiting_Shipping
5. Go back to Supply/Demand:
  Updated Supply / Demand shows Line 6 > Qty 30 > Request Date = 12-Jul-2021 > SSD = 12-Jul-2021
  Run > Reschedule Requisition Program (shows updated changes as expected)
6. Go Back to Sales Order Form > Re-query Sales Order nn69
  Line 6.1 > Qty 13 > Request Date = 12-Jul-2021 > SSD 24-Jun-2021 > Awaiting_Shipping
  Observe: SSD Remains as 24-Jun-2021 (Should be 12-Jul-2021)
