Symptoms

While running Create Accounting, the following error is encountered:

The Intercompany Receivables account &ACCOUNT_VALUE defined for the From and To legal entities, Legal Entity A and Legal Entity B is not valid.

Please update the effective dates for this Intercompany Receivables account in the Accounting Configuration or change the GL Date for the subledger journal entry.

Steps to Reproduce

Responsibility: Receivables, Vision Operations (USA)
Navigation: Control → Requests → Run

  1. Submit a New Request.
  2. Run Create Accounting by passing appropriate parameter values.
  3. Check the Create Accounting output file, i.e. Subledger Accounting Program Report.
