On : 12.2.10 version, Timecard Approval

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a supervisor sets up a Delegate to Approve the timecards sent to them, the delegate can Approve their own timecard even with profile Enable Self Approval of Timecard set to No

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
expected proxy user to not able to approve his own timecard if profile Enable Self Approval of Timecard set to No .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login and Navigate to Application Home page .
2-click on Setting icon >Manage Proxies
3- Add proxy to User 1 and grant all access and all Responsibilities .
4-Login user 1 and click on switch User ( switch to Supervisor)
5- try to approve timecards in the supervisor worklist included User 1 timecard
user 1 able to approve his own timecard even profile OTL:Enable Self Approval to No
