ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Performance issue on Export Billing Items to AR
Run times for the concurrent request are taking between 30 and 60 minutes
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should see better performance
Concurrent request should complete in less than 5 minutes
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Property Manager Super User responsibility, navigate to Leases and Documents > Billings > Export to Receivables
2. Query for Billing to export
3. Click Export
4. Concurrent request runs and completes
5. Notice Concurrent request takes 30 to 60 minutes to complete when it is expected to complete in less than 5 minutes.
