Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Hrglobal fails loading pesacdbi.sql with the following error.

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/xxx/EBSapps/appl/ad/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/adsqlwrapper.sql '/xxx/EBSapps/appl/per/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/pesacdbi.sql '
Connected.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Run hrglobal.
  2.  Worker job fails loading pesacdbi.sql.
