On : 12.2.9 version
After Upgrade From 12.1.3 To 12.2.9
When attempting to validate an invoice, the following error occurs.

Unexpected Error Occurred during Tax Calculation.
Exception: An unexpected error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator. Please correct the problem or system administrator
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
Payables Responsibility > Create Invoice
Actions > Validate or Click on Calculate Tax
Get error and unable to proceed further
