Retirement Journal is Missing in GL. (Doc ID 2800137.1)

Symptoms


Asset was retired, Create Accounting has been run to transfer the journal to GL.  But Retirement transaction is missing in GL


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1/ Fixed Assets Responsibility
2/ Retire an asset
   FA > Assets > Asset Workbench , query the asset and retire through Retirements button
3/ Run Calculate Gain and Loss to process the retirement
   FA> Depreciation > Calculate gain and loss
4/ Run Create Accounting
  Other > Request > Run > Create Accounting - Assets
5/ Check the Journals in GL
