Stale Data Error Clicking Create Install Lines Button On The Add Item Screen While Debrief (Doc ID 2800335.1)

Getting following error when clicking Create Install Lines button on the Add Item screen while debriefing


Error: Stale Data
The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused through the use of the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button, for example).
The record with primary key values {5448366} could not be found in view object CsfTaskAM.CacNotesCreateAM.CacNotesCreateVO.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Service responsibility
3. Navigate to Customer Management >HTML Contact center
4.Create Service Request And Task.
5.Assign Task to Resource on Add items in the Debrief screen on Material section
search for the item click on Add to List and then click on Create Install Line.

Observe the above error
