On : 12.2.9 version, E-Content Manager

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In iProcurement search results returns items that are inactive on a BPA are displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect expired items to not be returned in search results

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Expired one time item on a BPA that is in Requires Reapproval status
2. iProcurement > Home > Shop > Search
3. Search for item via description returns item
