ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to view some case folders that are already in Closed status,
they keep loading but do not open the information for viewing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the case folders to open to view the information.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Credit Management > Analysis tab
2. Query some closed case folders
3. They keep loading and never return to view and never give an error.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view some closed case folders.
