Rebuilding/Adding Account to Trial Balance Definition Code Causes Performance Issue

Adding a new account to the Trial Balance Definition code launches the TB Worker 1 (Open Account Balances Data Manager Worker Process)

It takes more than one hour to run.

In 12.1, it used to take 7 mins but in 12.2 it takes more than 1 hour to complete.

Steps to Reproduce

------------------------

Payables > Setup > Accounting setups > Open Account Balance listing definition
Query the TB Definition code
Update and add one account, save
It will launch the request TB Worker 1 (Open Account Balances Data Manager Worker Process)
It takes more than 1 hour to complete
