When attempting to enter self service timecard after applying patch 17198729:R12.HXT.B, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Apply Patch 17198729:R12.HXT.B
2. Go to Self Service Timecard Responsibility > Create Timecard
3. Enter Details and click continue
    Error appears as "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance."
    with above emtnioned exception details
